HYPNOSIS
What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is a state of focused concentration. A hypnotic trance is a state between sleeping and waking, like daydreaming. Hypnosis harnesses the power of the subconscious mind to change habits and behaviors, decrease inner stress, stimulate motivation, etc
Hypnosis can be used in conjunction with psychotherapy, especially when clients are resistant to letting go of specific issues, anxiety, repressed anger or sadness, depression, trauma, etc. It can also be used to increase self-esteem or heal physical problems.
A technique of Cellular Releasing* is used to eliminate the “old program” which created and maintains the problem. Since this releasing is done through the subconscious, it is usually done without bringing up negative emotions. It is very similar to taking out a program that is no longer working out of a computer and re-programming with empowering, positive suggestion. Communicating with the subconscious mind using an ideomotor response (fingers lift to answer yes or no), a specific series of questions are asked to help identify the causes, blocks, and reasons for the problem addressed.
After Cellular Releasing* is done to eliminate the possible psychological causes, hypnosis can also be used to heal physically. Another technique using a Cell Command* is designed to trigger cell regeneration. It is based on the underlying premise that each cell type is capable of restoring or repairing itself.
Cost is $150 per session.
